Overview

Watfo ships to customers across Canada, the United States, and internationally. We work with a variety of trusted shipping partners who utilize multiple courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. All items are carefully packaged to protect their condition and value during transit.

Shipping Origins

Orders are fulfilled from one of two locations depending on your shipping destination:

  • Canadian orders ship from our location in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
  • United States orders ship via our shipping partners based in Niagara Falls, New York, USA

This allows us to provide more efficient and cost-effective delivery to our US customers while maintaining the same standard of care and packaging for all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the shipping partner assigned to your order, and the courier used for final delivery. As we work with multiple shipping partners and couriers, exact delivery windows may differ between orders. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days after processing
  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Watfo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method available for your region. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 within Canada and the United States.

High-Value Items

Given the nature of our products, we take extra care in packaging all items. High-value items may be shipped with signature required upon delivery and additional insurance at our discretion. If you have specific shipping requirements for a high-value purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may vary depending on the courier assigned to your shipment.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. Watfo has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@watfo.com as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue. We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging and documentation in the event a claim needs to be filed.
