Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Watfo is proudly backed by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. This guarantee carries no expiration date and remains in effect indefinitely, regardless of how many times the item changes hands.

Scope of the Guarantee

We warrant that each item sold is authentic as described at the time of sale. Should an item be determined to be inauthentic, Watfo will honour this guarantee in accordance with the terms below. Any remedy provided under this guarantee will be based on the original purchase price paid to Watfo, regardless of any subsequent resale price or change in market value.

Determination of Authenticity

A claim under this guarantee will be considered valid only where authenticity is disputed by one of the following:

A recognized third-party authentication service (including but not limited to PSA, BGS, JSA, or similar industry-accepted authorities); or
A qualified field expert with demonstrable expertise in the relevant category of memorabilia.

Watfo reserves the right to review any such determination and, where necessary, seek a secondary opinion from an authentication service or expert of our choosing before honouring a claim.

Items with Existing Third-Party Authentication

Items that are sold with existing third-party authentication or grading (including but not limited to PSA, BGS, or JSA) are not fully eligible under the general terms of this guarantee. For such items, a claim will only be honoured where the holder provides indisputable proof that the item is inauthentic — for example, documented evidence that the item was manufactured after the signer's death, or other definitive, objective evidence that directly contradicts the item's authenticity. A differing opinion from another authentication service or expert, on its own, may not be sufficient grounds for a claim on items in this category.

Claims Process

To initiate a claim, the item holder must contact Watfo and provide written documentation supporting the determination that the item is not authentic, meeting the applicable standard above.

Resolution

Where a claim is validated under this policy, Watfo will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies based on the original purchase price: a full refund, a replacement item of equivalent value, or store credit.

Limitations

This guarantee applies solely to the authenticity of the item and does not cover condition, grading, cosmetic damage, or changes in market value.
