At Watfo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return policy designed to make the process as easy as possible, separate from our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee which governs authenticity-related concerns exclusively.

Return Window

We accept returns within 5 days of the date the item is received by the customer. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted under this policy.

No Questions Asked

Returns initiated within the 5-day window are accepted on a no questions asked basis. You are not required to provide a reason for the return.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received — unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials included. Items that have been altered, tampered with, damaged after receipt, or returned incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Watfo reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned item upon receipt before issuing a refund. If an item is received in a condition inconsistent with its original state, we reserve the right to decline the return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within the 5-day window via our Contact page or by emailing us directly. Please include your order details and we will provide return shipping instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Watfo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

Authenticity Concerns

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not apply to returns or claims arising from authenticity concerns. All authenticity-related matters are governed exclusively by our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, which provides coverage with no expiration date regardless of when the concern is raised.
