Shipping, Tariffs & Taxes

No, Watfo takes care of all tariffs (if necessary) at the time of shipment. You will not be responsible for any additional costs.

Yes, you are responsible for paying the sales taxes applicable to your province/territory.

Yes! We are able to ship pretty much anywhere. We have shipping enabled for most of North America and Europe, but if you are located outside of those regions, please contact us and we can set up specific shipping for you.

Yes, every package that Watfo ships is shipped with tracking. We do not ship anything with services that do not include tracking.

Authenticity

Watfo sells many items with our own company certification which include serialized holograms for verification purposes. These holograms can be looked up by clicking on the "Verify Authenticity" button on the top menu.

The Authentic Memorabilia Company is a Watfo company and any holograms issued there can be looked up on the platform here. All guarantees, including the lifetime guarantee of authenticity, also apply to items with these holograms/letters of authenticity.

Returns & Refunds

Unless stated otherwise on the item listing description, all items are eligible for a no questions asked return for five (5) days from the date of delivery.

After this period, unless for reasons regarding authenticity, items may not be returned.

Refunds are issued primarily for:

1) Items being lost/damaged.

2) Items being returned.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days from the date of confirmation or receipt of the item.
